Cancellation and Refunds

Each venue sets its own cancellation policy. You can find the specific policy for your booking in your confirmation email and booking details.

Full refunds are typically available if you cancel within the venue's specified timeframe. Partial refunds may apply for cancellations made closer to the event date.

Contacting Your Host

Many booking issues can be resolved by directly contacting your host:

  1. Go to your Bookings page in your account
  2. Select the booking you need help with
  3. Click "Message Host" to start a conversation
  4. Clearly describe the issue you're experiencing

Hosts typically respond within 24 hours. For urgent matters, you can also contact our support team.

When to Contact Support

Contact our support team if:

  • Your host hasn't responded after 48 hours
  • You need to dispute a charge or request a refund
  • There's a safety or security concern with your booking
  • The venue doesn't match its listing description
  • You need assistance with a cancellation outside the normal policy

  • Read the listing carefully before booking, including all amenities and restrictions
  • Review cancellation policies before confirming your reservation
