Cancellation Policies
Cancellation policies vary by venue and are set by individual hosts. Understanding these policies helps you make informed booking decisions.
Policy Types
60 days or more before the event
Full refund of the price, for venues and services alike.
30 to 59 days before
Venues: 25% of the price refunded. Services: 50% refunded.
14 to 29 days before
Venues: no refund. Services: 25% refunded.
Under 14 days before
No refund. The exact figure for your booking is shown on the cancel screen before you confirm.
How to Cancel
- Go to your Bookings page
- Select the booking you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking"
- Review the cancellation policy and refund amount
- Confirm your cancellation
Important: Service fees may be non-refundable
Platform service fees are typically non-refundable, even if you receive a full refund for the venue booking.
