Right to Know
You can request details about what Personal Information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Right to Delete
You can request deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain legal exceptions (e.g., transaction records, fraud prevention).
Right to Opt-Out
PLEC does not sell Personal Information for monetary payment. To the extent cookie-based sharing may qualify as a "sale" under state laws, you can opt out.
Right to Correct
You can request correction of inaccurate Personal Information maintained in your account or records.
Right to Data Portability
You can request a copy of your Personal Information in a portable format.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
Right to Appeal
If a verified request is denied, you can submit an appeal through support for a second review.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To submit a privacy request, follow these steps:
- Email legal@venuesss.co with the subject line "Privacy Request".
- Include the email address associated with your PLEC account.
- Specify your request (e.g., "I want to delete my data" or "I want a copy of my data").
- We currently process requests manually, verify identity, and respond within 45 days. We may extend by an additional 45 days for complex requests.
Appeals
If your request is denied in whole or part, reply to the decision email or contact legal@venuesss.co within 30 days and include the reason you are appealing.
Cookie Settings
You can update your cookie preferences at any time. This will reset your cookie consent so you can re-choose which non-essential cookies to accept or decline.

Data Retention
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Data is not retained longer than needed for those purposes, and we delete or de-identify data when appropriate.
