House rules
- All guests must comply with RacFit facility and safety rules. - Event activities must remain within designated areas. - Property damage will be the responsibility of the renting party. - All guests agree to return the facility in the same condition as received. If the facility is not left in reasonably clean condition following the event, then RacFit reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $150 to cover labor, trash removal, sanitation, and restoration. - RacFit is a family-friendly environment; please maintain respectful conduct and adhere to all posted policies. - No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on RacFit property. - Outside food vendors are allowed. If food is being prepared on-site, then a certificate of liability insurance is required. - The Event Organizer shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances, including fire codes, occupancy limits, and safety requirements.
Full refund 60+ days; 25% at 30–59 days; no refund under 30 days
Full refund (minus processing fees) if cancelled 60 or more days before the event. 25% refund if cancelled 30–59 days before. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days before.
Security & insurance
Depending on rental group, outside food caterer, etc., a Certificate of Insurance may be required.
