The Courtyard at fourth&co occupies one of the Warehouse District's most durable rooms — a brick-walled, open-air space that has been staging live music on West 4th since 1986 and reopened to keep doing exactly that. The sunken courtyard puts the crowd close to the stage under string lights and open sky, with the skyline rising past the walls and the rest of Fourth Street a few steps in either direction. Programming runs weekly, from local acts to touring bands and DJs, with a VIP balcony looking down over the whole room. For private bookings, a dedicated space behind the main stage holds up to 35 with its own bar, bathroom, LED screen, and balcony access, or the venue's event team can turn over the full property.
