Morris Arboretum & Gardens

Morris Arboretum & Gardens is a 92 acre public garden owned by the University of Pennsylvania in the Chestnut Hill section of Philadelphia. Its private event program covers full weddings, garden ceremonies, corporate gatherings, employee and client appreciation events, and celebrations of life, and bookings run from April through October. Wedding rentals include exclusive evening access to the grounds along with a historic carriage house used as a welcome center, a reception tent with a hard surface floor and bistro lighting, space heaters and fans, and a golf cart with driver for guest transport. Parking, ceremony chairs, and reception tables and seating are included, and couples choose from five different ceremony sites across the property. A meeting and conference space with projector capability is also available for corporate day use. The arboretum works with a list of approved caterers rather than an exclusive single provider, and licensed bartenders are provided for bring-your-own beverage service.
