Christ Church Neighborhood House

Christ Church Neighborhood House sits on the Christ Church campus in Old City, a short distance from the church itself and within view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from its lobby windows. The building holds two distinct rental spaces. The Neighborhood House Theatre has a theatrical lighting grid, a sound system, a projector, exposed brick walls, and original hardwood floors, with a dressing room attached for wedding parties or performers. The Great Hall is a more traditional reception room with high ceilings, large windows facing Christ Church, overhead lighting, a portable sound system, and a baby grand piano. Both rooms measure roughly the same footprint and can be rented separately or together for a full building rental that moves a ceremony or cocktail hour from one space into the other for the reception. The Old City location, wedged between Race Street and the church garden, makes it one of the more historically grounded event spaces in that part of the city.
