Aldie Mansion stands on Old Dublin Pike in Doylestown, built in 1927 in a style reminiscent of the Roaring Twenties. The interior keeps its original hand-carved staircase, ornate doors, large fireplaces and a two-story bank of leaded glass windows in the Great Hall. A 2,400 square foot ballroom is an open, flexible room that seats up to 220 guests with room to dance. Other indoor spaces available for events include the Great Hall and its balcony, a library, a garden room and the Mercer Dining Room. Outdoors, the ten acres of grounds hold a front courtyard, a library patio, a back lawn and a tea garden, all kept up with fountains and pathways. The mansion is owned and operated by Heritage Conservancy, a regional land trust, and hosts weddings, ceremonies and private events through its in house events team.
