HollyHedge Estate covers 21 acres on Upper York Road outside New Hope, built around an 18th century farm property. The grounds keep their original fieldstone farm buildings, including a historic stone barn used as a reception space, along with English style gardens and a courtyard for cocktail hours. The estate operates its own inn with 15 guest rooms, so wedding parties can stay on site. HollyHedge runs its own catering team, sourcing from local farmers and offering buffets, plated dinners, food stations and passed hors d'oeuvres, along with wedding cakes and dessert tables. An in house planning team handles setup and cleanup and coordinates day of logistics. The property also keeps its own working farm, a solar array, water catchment systems and composting, so meals served at events draw on produce grown on site.
