The Perot Museum of Nature and Science occupies a cube shaped building on the edge of the Dallas Arts District and rents its five levels for private events. Groups can book anywhere from a single gallery for a 25 person reception up to a full building rental that holds 1,500 guests moving freely through the museum's eleven permanent exhibition halls. A 297 seat theater with digital projection and sound built in anchors the lower level for presentations, while the upper floor lobbies and the gem and mineral hall give receptions and wedding ceremonies a distinctive science museum backdrop. Wolfgang Puck Catering holds the exclusive catering contract and its event planning staff work with renters on menus and setup. The museum books corporate parties, galas, weddings and milestone birthdays through a dedicated events team, with pricing and availability requests submitted through an online form. Parking is available in the attached museum garage, with accessible spaces reserved close to the entrance.
