Winspear Opera House

The Winspear Opera House anchors the AT&T Performing Arts Center's ten acre campus in the Dallas Arts District and rents five distinct spaces for private events. The Margaret McDermott Performance Hall seats up to 2,300 on a stage measuring 50 by 60 feet with flexible acoustics, while Nancy B. Hamon Hall, a 2,700 square foot room with built in sound and projection, holds 200 theater style or 270 for a reception. The C. Vincent Prothro Lobby wraps around the building's glass drum for larger receptions of up to 800, and the Box Circle Landing and Skyline Terrace offer smaller, view driven spaces on the upper levels overlooking Sammons Park and the downtown skyline. The center's rental program serves corporate events, meetings, conferences and receptions for groups from a handful of people up to 2,000 guests. Wheelchair and scooter accessible locations are built into every level, and elevators connect the parking garage directly to each space.
