Bass Performance Hall

Bass Performance Hall is the limestone landmark of downtown Fort Worth's Sundance Square, home to the Fort Worth Symphony and the Van Cliburn Foundation, and it rents six distinct spaces within its complex for private events. The main Founders Concert Theater seats up to 2,052 and can be booked for a stage reception of 350 or a seated banquet of 220, while the McDavid Studio and Van Cliburn Recital Hall offer smaller acoustically tuned rooms, and the Green Room, Richardson Room, and Grand and Mezzanine lobbies handle meetings, dinners and cocktail receptions from 50 to 350 guests. Performing Arts Fort Worth, the nonprofit that owns and operates the hall, hosts weddings, quinceaneras, corporate meetings and receptions in addition to its concert season, and publishes a logistics guide for renters covering load in and technical requirements. All alcohol must be arranged through the hall rather than an outside bar, in keeping with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules for the venue. Wheelchair and scooter accessible locations are built into every level of the audience chamber.
