Texas Discovery Gardens

Texas Discovery Gardens occupies seven and a half acres inside Dallas's Fair Park and rents its Grand Hall, Butterfly House, Ceremony Garden and Grand Allee for private events. The Grand Hall is a floor to ceiling glass room overlooking the gardens that holds 400 guests cocktail style, 325 for a seated dinner or 300 for a buffet, and it sits beside the Butterfly House, a multi level glass vivarium with free flying tropical butterflies that couples often use as a ceremony backdrop. The Grand Allee, a long lawn lined with evergreen hollies leading to a 40 foot fountain, and the smaller Circular Lawn handle outdoor ceremonies for up to 300 and 150 guests. An eight hour venue rental includes the Bride's Villa and Groom's Room, white garden chairs, a set of round and banquet tables, wifi, complimentary parking, wheelchair accessibility and a security officer, with an event facilitator on site to greet vendors and stay through the end of the event.
