George W. Bush Presidential Center

The George W. Bush Presidential Center sits on a fifteen acre native Texas park on the Southern Methodist University campus and rents its museum lobby, Freedom Hall, Ceremonial Courtyard, Bush Institute Hall of State and Cafe 43 for private events. Freedom Hall and the adjoining outdoor courtyard hold up to 400 guests for a reception, while the Hall of State, appointed with design details drawn from the White House, accommodates groups as small as 10 for a breakfast meeting or as large as 400 for a formal dinner, opening onto a terrace over the Native Texas Park. Cafe 43, open to the public only for lunch and brunch, converts into a private dining room for up to 150 guests in the evening, making it a common choice for rehearsal dinners and retirement parties. Culinaire International holds the exclusive catering contract for all events at the center. The museum offers free wheelchairs on a first come basis and welcomes visitors' own mobility devices throughout the building, including Cafe 43 and the museum store.
