Perry's Steakhouse & Grille's Park District location sits on Olive Street in Uptown Dallas, inside the Park District development near the Dallas Museum of Art. The restaurant maintains four private dining rooms, the Prime Room, the Tower Room, the Signature Room and the Legacy Room, ranging from intimate spaces for 16 to 18 guests up to a 30 guest Prime Room, with several rooms combinable for larger groups. A Sales Manager handles private event bookings directly by phone and email, working through menu selection and wine pairings from Perry's list of several hundred bottles. Requests can also be routed through Perry's Tripleseat based online party request system. The restaurant also has a semi private area off the main dining room and its own bar for smaller receptions. Perry's is a Houston founded steakhouse chain with several other private dining equipped locations across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex, and the Park District restaurant is one of its higher volume Dallas locations for private events.
