HG Sply Co. is a farm to table restaurant on Greenville Avenue in East Dallas, built around a rooftop patio with greenery, string lights and downtown skyline views above an indoor dining room. For private events, the restaurant offers two options: the rooftop, which can be booked for groups up to roughly 480 guests, or the smaller ground floor dining room, which seats up to 15. The restaurant states plainly that the rooftop is only available as a full buyout or as the separate dining room, rather than as a section carved out of regular service, so a private event effectively takes over one of the two areas. Booking runs through a dedicated events email and phone line plus an online Tripleseat request form. Rooftop hours are weather dependent and run into the evening on weekdays and later on weekends. HG Sply Co. is part of a small Dallas based restaurant group and has built its Lower Greenville location around the large groups its rooftop view attracts.
