A white shiplap wedding venue on Rosemary Barn Lane outside McKinney, built around a reception barn that holds up to 250 guests with an attached indoor chapel and covered outdoor ceremony space beneath mature trees. A separate bridal suite includes hair and makeup stations, and a grooms cabin has its own entertainment setup, so wedding parties can prepare on site without crossing paths. A forty by thirty two foot covered pavilion gives couples a weather backup for outdoor plans, and a covered porch handles cocktail hour. The venue includes tables, chairs, and select rentals in its rate, along with a bar kitchen and a separate catering prep kitchen. Rates shift by season and day of week, and couples can pull a brochure from the site or book a tour directly. Free overnight parking is available for guests using rideshare, and sample floor plans are provided for guest counts from 100 up to 250.
