Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden

Bohemian Hall & Beer Garden has run out of the same building in Astoria since 1910, with an outdoor garden that seats hundreds under string lights alongside a wood paneled indoor hall. The hall runs pool tables, darts, and a stage for live music and screenings, and the kitchen serves Czech and Slovak dishes like goulash and pierogies alongside a beer list built around Central European imports. Private events can book the Garden, the Hall, or one of three smaller indoor rooms, the Den, the Dining Room, and the Library, each suited to a different group size. Photos from past bookings show winter galas and holiday dinners set up under the hall's exposed beams. The venue sits on 24th Avenue a short walk from the Astoria Boulevard N and W stop, and remains one of the largest outdoor beer gardens left in the city.
