The Django

The Django runs out of the cellar level of the Roxy Hotel in Tribeca, a jazz club styled after 1920s Parisian basement clubs, with brick walls, vaulted ceilings, and a Meyer sound system built for live music. Two bars flank an open dining floor and a small stage, and the room holds up to 150 guests for a private reception. The club runs a nightly live jazz calendar alongside its restaurant service, and past private bookings have included album release parties, holiday parties, weddings, and film screening afterparties. The kitchen serves a dinner menu built around small plates, and the room's low ceilings and close seating give it a different feel from the hotel's other event spaces upstairs. It sits at the corner of Avenue of the Americas and Walker Street, on the border of Tribeca and Soho.
