The Martha A. and Robert S. Rubin Pavilion and Lobby is a glass-walled modern entrance hall that holds up to 500 guests for a standing reception. The Beaux-Arts Court, a restored 1927 gallery with 60-foot ceilings and a domed skylight, is the museum's largest rental space at up to 1,000 standing guests. The Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Auditorium is a 415-seat theater with a full audiovisual control system, and The Norm, a former restaurant space, suits smaller receptions and dinners of up to 110 guests. Great Performances is the museum's exclusive caterer, and Eventlights handles specialty lighting. Renting the museum is tied to a membership tier depending on event type, covering weddings, corporate functions, nonprofit galas, and film shoots. An open-air parking lot sits behind the building, and the museum's own accessibility program provides wheelchairs on request.
