Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Brooklyn Botanic Garden sits next to Prospect Park and rents two glass-walled structures for weddings and private events alongside its 52 acres of cultivated gardens. The Palm House, an iconic conservatory-style space beside the Lily Pool Terrace, seats up to 250 guests and connects to outdoor Garden grounds for ceremonies. The Lillian and Amy Goldman Atrium, topped with a living roof of native grasses, looks out over the Cherry Esplanade through floor-to-ceiling glass walls and seats up to 125 for a more intimate event. Both spaces come with access to surrounding Garden locations for ceremonies, subject to some restrictions. Union Square Events, part of Danny Meyer's hospitality group, is the Garden's exclusive culinary partner for weddings and corporate functions, handling menus and event operations. The Garden publishes a dedicated event spaces photo gallery documenting past weddings and celebrations, and paid on-site parking is available at the Washington Avenue entrance. Wheelchair users can enter through any public gate, and manual wheelchairs are loaned free of charge.
