Flushing Town Hall, a restored landmark in downtown Queens, operates as a nonprofit arts council and rents three connected spaces for weddings, performances, meetings, and parties. The Theater, the building's largest space, holds up to 314 guests in an open floor plan with dressing rooms, a grand Steinway piano, house lighting and sound, wifi, and a projector screen. The adjoining Garden offers 2,000 square feet of tree-shaded outdoor lawn for up to 150 guests, furnished with a portable PA system and a podium with microphone. The Gallery, ringed by exhibited artwork and opening through French doors onto the Garden, seats up to 100 and includes a baby grand Steinway piano and its own sound and podium setup. Each space publishes hourly rental rates and a downloadable rate sheet through the venue's rentals team. Flushing Town Hall runs a year-round calendar of ticketed concerts and cultural programs alongside its rental business, including an ongoing Queens Jazz Trail concert series.
