Karbach Brewing Company

Karbach Brewing Company operates from a large production brewery on Houston's west side near Spring Branch, built around a working taproom and a sprawling 2.5 acre outdoor Biergarten with three bars, big screen televisions and yard games. Upstairs, the brewery holds two dedicated private event rooms: Hopadillo Hall, a larger hall built for corporate gatherings, weddings and holiday parties, and the smaller Clown Lounge, designed for team outings and casual celebrations. The outdoor Biergarten can also be booked on its own, scaling from small happy hours to events with thousands of guests. Karbach pours its own year-round and seasonal beers throughout the property and serves food from an on-site restaurant and pizza kitchen. The brewery runs a structured private events program with an online request form and a dedicated events team, and the Biergarten regularly doubles as the site of the brewery's own public festivals alongside private bookings.
