The space holds multiple private arenas filled with bounce houses, slides and obstacle courses, each reserved exclusively for one birthday group at a time rather than shared with other visitors. A standard party moves guests through a decorated check-in area, roughly 35 minutes of exclusive arena time per arena, and a private party room for cake, gifts and refreshments, all run by staff who handle setup, food service and cleanup. The company markets its parties as fully private, with no lines and no other families sharing the space during a booking, and it offers an add-on Glow Mania upgrade with special lighting for an evening version of the same format. Adults enter free, and the party room and arenas are both exclusive to the booked group for the full reserved window, making the facility function as a private buyout for the length of each party rather than a shared open-play space.
